Who are we?

 

David is a retired modern languages teacher. He gained an MA at Birmingham University and also spent time at university in Germany. He was born in Wolverhampton, England.

Valerie was born in Volhynia in western Ukraine of German parents.
David and Valerie met whilst both were studying in France. David and Valerie have both travelled widely in Europe, east and west. They lived and worked in Austria and Germany before settling in the UK.
